Hi good day, today I'm responding to this complaint, the complaintant states that there were some problems with their vehicle a ( grand caravan )The previous business sold this vehicle to ***, and we, as the new business owners, were trying to help herShe was unfair & not cooperative with usWe offered to help her and try to repair the vehicle even though it is a year old vehicle with over 100k miles and the lemon law & warrantee only applies to the engine & transmission not an airbag light which happened after she took possessionAlso, rear view mirrors are usually held with glue and could and may fall off from ageAs for the drivers rear door that doesn't open with remote, we again have to remember that purchased a used year old vehicle with over 100,milesI believe a consumer that is looking for a PERFECT vehicle will only be happy with a BRAND NEW VEHICLE not a vehicle that ha s been driven beforeLet it also be noted that we DID REPAIR THE AIRBAG LIGHT as a curtesy and good gestureShe has since then hired an attorney who is harassing us and is not understandingWE AT RUBBER BROS AUTO WORLD TAKE OUR BUISNESS VERY SERIOUSLY AND TRY TO ACCOMODATE EVERYONE
